About Us
Background

San Jai, founded in 2004 by World Concern, is a nationwide network that assembles Christian organizations and church ministries in Thailand to advocate issues related to women and children affected by trafficking and other kinds of exploitation. San Jai is comprised of 53 participating member-organizations that reaches thousands of children on a regular basis.

What we do

The network’s main focus is to build a strong Christian network with members who support one another in working on child protection issues. In order to achieve its goals, the network meets regularly, every three months, in Chiang mai, Bangkok and Pattaya.

The network has planned and implemented many training sessions on child sexual abuse and trafficking prevention and is exploring other initiatives to address other women and children’s issues. Together, the member-organizations will explore more diversified type of trainings and technical assistances. The network leadership welcomes expertise and resources that will be offered and extended by individuals and/or organizations.

Another goal of the network is to strengthen its capacity-building service through training and through information and knowledge sharing.
